I have gym anxiety as well no way to get over it I just cope with itvpr workout outdoors at a park or bike trail in the summer then winter workout at home

A nice stroll at the trail won't ever hurt try walking 1 mile lightly 1.5mph pace

I've noticed with me every treat or cheat meal leads to a big binge eating and throws me off track and I always gain after a treat meal so I would save the once every blue moon indulging for when you hit your goal weight
