You're probably right. I'm setting ridiculous goals for myself that I know will be hard to achieve without looking haggard and weak. Do you think lifting weights will make them more bulky? Or is that just a stereotype? I don't have much experience with weights

I love popcorn! A 100 calorie bag usually does the trick for me.

On vacation this year, I ate high calorie meals for almost a WEEK. Got back home and checked myself and I was pretty much the same weight. Don't sweat it.

No, you're being in control. Having an eating disorder means to go to extremes just to avoid gaining a few extra pounds. I'd say you're being smart.

Congrats on the weight loss! Hope you keep going. As mentioned above, many fast food chains/restaurants menus are recorded in the MFP database. I would first check there. Try to go for the grilled/lite options and avoid anything that says crispy...it usually means deep fried.
