Good advice as thank you replying ! Thank you. When I work out I don't have dinner because I do HIIT and makes me feel sick if I eat before. By time I get home it's too late. Not sure if that's detrimental to my weight loss journey or not ?

It's been a real eye opener, I'm currently 5/6 stone overweight , I've always been a big girl but fell pregnant and never shifted the weight. My own fault!

Wow that's amazing! I have a long way to go! Did you just use MFP and never went over calories?how many were u consuming a day? Any exercise , what type? Also did you keep a eye out on saturated fats or was it merely calories ? X
