New and want to do 8week challenge
Starting on Friday I decided I was going to lose weight once and for all. I plan to lose 16lbs in 8 weeks, that's my challenge. Anyone else up for it? Anyone want to keep me company and motivate me? Would be greatly appreciated . Aim is so I can fit back in this jumper better

Trying to lose again
Hi, I was sent a photo of me recently and I cried at how big I've got after having my boy. It was the shock factor I needed to get into this. Just want to hear of any great losses, we are ttc as well but ideally I would like to lose 2 stone first , how quick / easy is it with calorie counting ? Any ideas? Tips? X :)
