Hi all, so I’m currently 36wks pregnant and conscious that I’ve put on nearly 1stone and I’m big already so nEed to try and maintain a healthy eating plan which I know is the obvious , cut the sugar and eat sensibly but being pregnant I sometimes just need that bit of chocolate lately! Anyways that’s said I’m more looking for when I’ve had the baby and can seriosly lose the weight (baby weight and some, well more like I wanna lose 4stone total to get me down to a healthier size! Any tips ? Any good Home Work out dvds u know about ? Having a little one and a toddler means I don’t think I will get to the gym for a good few months once she arrives. Thanks all

You should definitely breast feed if able. That will greatly assist in the weight loss.1

If you're planning to breastfeed, that will help you in two ways. You'll burn more calories just producing milk and (though I sometimes failed at this part) you'll want to eat healthier, because your baby will be eating what you eat. You *can* diet while breastfeeding, but be careful not to cut calories too much, because that may affect your milk production.
If you're not planning to breastfeed, you'll have a little more freedom to cut calories. Plus, you'll probably be more comfortable working out without the breastfeeding mammaries. But that may have just been me, lol. I lactated so abundantly that I was able to donate tons of breastmilk. So, there are advantages to losing weight either way you go.
As far as home workouts, when I had a toddler and a newborn, I alternated between walking on the treadmill and doing Callanetics. It's more about toning muscle than aerobic fitness, though, and IMO, you really need the aerobic part in addition to the muscle toning. If you have a treadmill, great. If you don't, is your toddler old enough to take with you on walks? I used to take my babies to the park to play, using a Stand and Stroll (https://target.com/p/baby-trend-sit-n-stand-ultra-stroller-chrome/-/A-15207179?ref=tgt_adv_XS000000&AFID=google_pla_df&CPNG=PLA_Baby+Shopping&adgroup=SC_Baby&LID=700000001170770pgs&network=g&device=c&location=9010760&gclid=Cj0KCQiA_5_QBRC9ARIsADVww15QJtDATg9oSvJUNMClU6c6Zzv89seGnj0E8zSCR4HJuTwl4w5f138aAtZREALw_wcB&gclsrc=aw.ds). That made walking a bit of a distance a little easier for my then 2 yo.
Have you ever done yoga or pilates? I love both of those for muscle toning. Or you could do a video that covers both the toning and aerobics. I ran across this list, though I've never tried any of these, so I can't say whether they're any good. https://fitnessmagazine.com/workout/gear/dvds/10-best-workout-dvds/?page=21
