I'm still 10 KG away from my inital goal (I think I want to loose more after reaching my goal but let's not be hasty) and I barely have any pictures at my heaviest so sorry for the dress up haha. But I thought it was worth celebrating -20KG by posting here. Numbers are in KG. I was 210 LBS in the first picture and…

This is amazing!! Thank you for sharing, it's very inspiring to me. ❤

Thanks for the replies everyone. All helpfull and true! ❤ I know focusing on the scale too much is bad but it's a tunnel vision I often still get. (Got down to 80.1 this morning, so I'm just going to be patient and know that the number below 80 will happen.)

Thanks 😊 I use a fitbit which I wear at all times and I have indeed noticed that my daily walks and some treadmill runs are starting to burn less. (I quite like it, because it means my stamina is going up!) However myfitnesspal adjusts my calories down when I don't move enough haha so I should have a good handle on my in…

That your hormones as a female can get out of whack from losing weight. My long term pms'ing and random in between bleeding is not a lot of fun, but my obgyn told me everything looks normal and healthy so I just have to hope it'll get back to normal at some point. No clue if anyone else has experienced this?

That sounds like a very long road and you've done so well! Especially with the SSRI on top of that. I've had a long talk with my psychiatrist and I just don't want to go back on SSRI because I'm so scared of not being able to keep loosing weight with those (plus other reasons as well of course.) But being able to do that,…

Hello! I'm 4.5 kg down my 20kg (40lbs) path, and always glad to have motivated friends on here. :)
-
No worries. I've had a fitbit charge HR for a month now, and I've noticed I've become too focused on reaching it's goals. (I focus more on the 2460 cal burn than the steps, since it registers no steps when I'm doing cardio at the gym.) Didn't realize how exhausted I was until I slept through my alarm this morning and woke…

Fitbit HR friend here! I've had it for 30 days and it's a fantastic motivator. :)

30 days in, with fitbit HR help. :) Feel free to add me!

I read that when you move your scale, you have to step on it and ignore what it says once, because it needs to set back to zero or something. After that it should keep at a somewhat steady reading. I've started ignoring the fat % reading and all because it fluctuates crazy much, but the weight is always steady when…

I think part of it is due to association, as it is the same case partially with alcohol and cigarettes (for me). When I quit drinking and smoking I realized I conditioned myself to link those things with destressing. Same with food and a relaxing day on the couch. The most helpfull tip I found is to consiously try to…

I take an evening walk or go to the gym in the evening, because for me too the craving are at their worst in the evenings when I'm tired and watching tv. Also love to drink lots of tea. :) I have a camomile tea with honey flavour that is really good for my cravings and has barely any calories.

Same here. Always glad to have more buddies on here. :) We can do it!

I gave it serious contemplation a lot of times! I thought it would help me get a new start by getting rid of unhealthy habits and all. I have probably in my life been tempted by a lot of bad diets. Don't feel bad about it. :)

I hope I understand what you're saying. I don't log excersize anymore since I connected my fitbit HR, because it logs all burned calories, no matter if it was a work out or not. And it's been giving me a lot of extra cals in my diary so I'm a bit skeptic. I think letting your fitbit adjust and logging excersize is doing it…

As people said here, I'm really enjoying my tea's these days. (Have a lot of different herbal, rooibos and green tea). I also some days eat some things that are less healthy (like I'll have cheese on my sandwich at work, and I have 85% or + chocolate around the house :p), and still stay under the daily limit, so it doesnt…

I just got a fitpid, but I enjoy this app better for logging food, so I'm excited to see I can connect my fitpit to this app! Thanks. :)

Where does one find groups? :#

Just finished my fourth day! (Everyone) feel free to add me. I'm not quite sure how to add people. :p
-
Okay thanks everyone. :) I'm going to buy one then!

Good job! My goal is 20kg so that's about 40lbs. This is my second day. I just keep imagining how awesome it would be to feel more comfortable when summer comes around.
-
Heh I haven't had these yet, but I had them when I quit smoking. Woke up feeling horrible that I smoked only to realize it was a dream. :# So I won't be surprised if I start dreaming about junk food now.

Always good to support each other. :)
