Food nightmares

I had a "food nightmare" last night. I binged in the dream and ate tons of junk food and pies and cakes. I have never binged in my life, so wtf? Has anyone ever had a food nightmare like this?

    I had one or two like that when I first started out. Pretty normal I think.

    When I first got married I would have nightmares that I cheated on my wife.

    It just proves that you've internalized your objective to the point that even your subconscious has skin in the game. Good sign.


    Orrr you're a sleep walker and one day you're going to wake up on the kitchen floor covered in hershey's chocolate syrup and vomit.

    I have! I think I was just hungry. I am pretty sure I didn't eat the entire contents of my fridge in my sleep...:)

    Well, I have been 4 months smoke-free. And whenever I get a really bad craving (just a couple weeks in fact), I end up having a bad dream in where I light up and start smoking again. I think it's your subconscious trying to help relieve that fear. Maybe teach you a lesson because when I wake up, I feel so relieved that I didn't.

    Heh I haven't had these yet, but I had them when I quit smoking. Woke up feeling horrible that I smoked only to realize it was a dream. :#
    So I won't be surprised if I start dreaming about junk food now.
