A little taller here, 5' 1.75". I just had my second baby 4 weeks ago, so I'm working on losing the baby weight. I'm currently 135 lbs with a goal of pre-pregnancy weight of 120 lbs. I can easily lose weight on a 1200 calorie diet while eating back exercise calories (walk a lot and run after a toddler). Once I hit my goal…

I'm currently pregnant (due in October), but used this app after having my first and lost all the baby weight in 6 months, so planning on using it this time as well. Feel free to add me!

She should speak to her doctor at her first appointment because it's different for everyone. But the general rule, from what I've found online for my own research, it's maintenance the first trimester, +200 for the second, and +300 for the third.

Congrats! I did the whole weight loss after baby #1 and will be back next spring to do it all again. I think it's easier to lose the weight while having a child because you know you want to be a good role model for your children. Good luck with your journey!

I'd definitely talk to your doctor to get the right information for your body because cutting too many calories will cut your supply drastically. Also slowly adjusting your calorie intake and monitoring your supply and weight loss should help you find a good balance for your lifestyle. If 1700 calories is helping you lose…

Last year, I was 140 lbs after giving birth. I was going back to an office job after 8 weeks and really worried I wouldn't lose the weight because I was sitting all day. However, within 6 months, I'd lost 20 lbs. What worked for me:* walking during my lunch break (30-60 minutes), eating my lunch / snacks while working…

Here's an example video on why you should weigh your food vs. use measuring tools. Lots of videos out there showing the discrepancies! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sfcB7GbLmIM

"correct entries" meaning that you are weighing everything (not going by cups/tbs/etc) and making sure the entry you are using in the database is for the correct food, if not enter it manually and make your own. If you don't own a food scale you are probably over eating your calories because volume measurements are not…

Always measure by weight. Cups/Tablespoons/etc are an estimation. If you measure out 50g, that is one serving, it does not matter how many cups it equals in the end.

I'm 5'2" and I went from 145 to maintaining at 117-120. It is possible if you stick to it. Good luck everyone! I'll be back in this support group once I have my baby in October!

http://www.subway.com/en-us/menunutrition/nutrition here is their nutrition. If you click on a sandwich and then "calculate yours" it shows that the total calories can include cheese, veggies, and condiments, it's depends on the type of sandwich. I'd just create yours online before you go in or after you order and you'll…

I lost a dress size! I can do a 60 second plank! I can do 15 push-ups in a row!

Did you mean "losing pregnancy weight"?

I try drinking a bottle of water before I snack at night because sometimes I'm just thirsty and can avoid the extra junk food. Also, if I'm craving sweets a crystal light packet helps with that. Also, maybe have your snacks or food you typically eat at night portioned out, so you can satisfy the craving without over…

I'd be happy to add, motivate, support, and talk! Height: 5'2" CW: 123, but not fit. I have a habit of being lazy and eating junk. Looking to get a bit more fit, so I can be a better example for my daughter!

I've did not do the full 30 days because I don't like the daily repetitive workouts. But if you put your all into it, you do get a great short workout in. It's on YouTube, so you can try it out for a few days to see how you like it! That's what I did.

I have friends that like the taste of meat, but have become vegan because of the way animals are treated in the food industry. They would love this.

Birthday cake was so good. The lemon one was ok. I'm excited to try more flavors.

I've heard from many people that Jillian Michael's 30 day shred is good. It's on Youtube! I did the first work out and I liked it because it wasn't just repetitive motions. It's also only 20 minutes.

Good luck on your weight loss journey!

I had my daughter back in December! All the best for your weight loss journey :)

I'm 5'2'' and I started at 145lbs after having my daughter 6 months ago and have dropped to 120lbs (pre-baby I was 127lbs). If you are determined it is possible! Good luck to everyone! My tips: water, water, water; activity monitor/tracker or pedometer, I didn't realize just how little I was moving; and having a food scale…
