Thank you everybody for the information and the encouragement i did my macros and this is what i came up with 55 grams protein 109 fat 1265 calories 20 carbs so today I'm gonna start tracking

I made me 1 sugar free jello any flavor smash with a bean smasher a half a cup of cottage cheese and 2 tablespoons of fat free cool whip and mix all together it was delicious

Yes I have lost 25 lbs by eating at a deficit no exercise it will be 3 months tomorrow that I started logging on mfp and if I can do it anyone can I shocked myself lol

This also happen to me when I first started eating healthier I also broke out on my face but it all stopped about a month later

Ok I understand when I put all my info it put calories at 1200 so that's what iv been eating I started at 238 and I'm 5'4 I'm now at 230 but I have been there for about 5 days so I guess doing ok I think

Ok so if I'm eating low calorie but I'm not exercising them I'm not burning any calories I'm I right then I wont lose weight
