Good luck getting healthy. You can definitely do it. MFP really opened my eyes to how much I was over eating.

How did you make your diary public? I am at a BMI of 30 and I want to get to 25. It is hard work but today is my 23 day with entering my food diary. I am down one pound but my trainer says I lost one pound of fat because I did weight training.
