I am starting my journey again on MFP. I struggle with tracking but I am going to try and log daily because it really helps me. When I stop tracking I simply lose track.

How do you prepare for long walk/jog?
Hi Everyone, I am looking for suggestions and tips on preparing for long walks such as over 6 miles. I get dehydrated but don't like carrying so much stuff in my hands like phone, water bottle, sometimes my dog and her leash. Hi, I am trying to loose weight and get in shape. I thought I was an emotional eater, which I am but I now think I also created a really bad habit of overeating and it is habitual. Sometimes, it seems to come out of nowhere, even when I have no emotional problem at that moment.
