I eat avocado several days a week. I go on binges where I will eat them every day for weeks at a time. Since Jan 4th, 2016 I am down 18 lbs! I am 6' and started at 325 lbs and am now down to 306.8 lbs. as of Feb 1st. I have given myself until the second week in December to reach my goal weight of 180 lbs. That is losing around 2-3 lbs per week.
