  • Get back on track today. You will have water retention from more food, carbs, salt, etc, but it really won’t affect you much! After a couple days the water retention will subside. It happens. We’re human and won’t be perfect. You can’t screw up in one day. It’s a process, and you’re doing a great job. Keep going. 🙂

  • Still sitting at 133. Had a fun weekend and didn’t track everything, also am on my period. But I’m back on track with nutrition and moving forward
  • Different food, salt, increased carbs, SO much can cause water retention. I doubt you ate 35,000 calories over maintenance. It’s not fat, give it a few days now that you’re back to normal life. 🙂
