  • It has been my personal experience that I still lose weight, but my body will look different depending on the food I eat while losing weight.
  • mix lemon, pepper and a low or zero calorie sweetener (I use Skinny girl agave 0cal) a good tip is to not pour your dressing on the salad, just dip your fork in it before every bite, you end up using a lot less

  • I've been doing something similar. I just use it sort of as a guide of when to eat carbs, proteins etc... so for instance one lunch calls for 5 crackers and tuna; I don't like tuna so I eat grilled fish or chicken breast instead, 5 crackers is just plain ridiculous so I grab a corn tortilla instead and have myself a taco :D

  • Thanks for all the replies and knocking some sense into me, apple cider vinegar is out haha. The military diet I'm using more as a way to somewhat get ideas of what to have for some meals, but there's no way I'm having 5 saltine crackers for lunch.
