Thank you so much for all your replies. I am investing in a food scales today. You're probably all right, I could be eating more than I think. Protein, if I make an effort to eat more will it help me to lose weight? I don't eat much carbs so hopefully this'll do the trick? Weighing food, more protein, less carbs???

I'm not great at drinking water but the last few days I've been making an effort. I've had over a litre each day. Also exercise is difficult because I have 4 young children. I try once or twice a week to get our for a walk with just baby in the pram.
