  • is there a reason you should save your calories for the end of the day rather than eating them in the morning? I ask because I heard it is better if you eat earlier in the day to give yourself more energy and keep your metabolism up. In my mind I would consider eating my calories between 8am and 4pm but I would like to…

  • I have absolutely fallen in love with Spaghetti squash as an alternative to pasta. Sweet potatoes in place of white potatoes are also good and if you add a little bit of real maple syrup it is even better and a great little sweet treat.

  • I feel like it was bound to happen sooner or later. I was actually pretty happy when whats her name and her two sons died. I personally could have done without them all together. I heard a little bit about "jesus" and I am intrigued as to how his interaction plays out.
