5'1" and 126.5 pounds (still in a cutting phase though) and measure in at 32-28-39 (thank you squats!!). Hope to get my waist back down to the 25" it used to be!

How severe is your scoliosis? I have it as well but don't have many issues doing exercises. Exercise won't make your scoliosis worse, most doctors actually recommend exercise

I would be careful. I used to do this a lot before I started battling anorexia, being able to control food like that and restricting yourself gets addicting once you start losing weight. It's much better to have a healthy diet and let yourself have a treat every once in a while. Treats are fine in moderation!

I'm 5'1", 24yo and about 120 lbs - I eat around 1200-1300 to lose. Paired with weight training and interval stairs for cardio. Been slimming down a lot doing this! About 7 pounds down in the past month.
