How severe is your scoliosis? I have it as well but don't have many issues doing exercises. Exercise won't make your scoliosis worse, most doctors actually recommend exercise

Kayla Itsines bikini body guide is an excellent guide for at home workouts, eventually you'll need small Dumbbells but most other things can be substituted. Amazing results

So far the best I've tried is IdealLean protein. It's specifically for women, 0g carbs 20g of protein and only 80 calories. Minimal fillers

I would be careful. I used to do this a lot before I started battling anorexia, being able to control food like that and restricting yourself gets addicting once you start losing weight. It's much better to have a healthy diet and let yourself have a treat every once in a while. Treats are fine in moderation!

I'm 5'1", 24yo and about 120 lbs - I eat around 1200-1300 to lose. Paired with weight training and interval stairs for cardio. Been slimming down a lot doing this! About 7 pounds down in the past month.

Ok so, I did bootea a couple of times, so this is all from my experience (not just generalized hate from googling). I actually have some digestive issues and struggled with anorexia for a few years so my body was out of whack while trying to get healthy. So in the digestion department, it completely does its job. Like too…
