Funny story about this - one night I made a meatloaf and used a small amount of it instead of bread crumbs. Unfortunately, I did not realize that it was orange flavored! My dear husband was so sweet about it and ate it.lol

Thanks,Sunny Bunny. That is true about the releases. I have been lchf since January, 2016 and my bg had been decreasing to low 90's. Then it began creeping up and I think it may be due to eating too much protein. I stuck to 67 grams yesterday and my bg was down from 115 to 108. I am also ready to begin walking again so…

Here in Massachusetts, I buy Siggi's - it's whole milk Icelandic yogurt. It has 4 carbs in 4.4ozs and is thick and rich. It's like eating the thick cream that used to be on the top of milk bottles when I was a kid.
