unfortunately my baby passed away so a jogging stroller will be no good for me. a brisk walk is just about all the exercise i can stand usually. i'm a gym dodger

Thanks guys :) i forgot- another thing i need to address is my alcohol consumption. when i'm not sitting at home eating takeaways (and often drinking a bottle of wine) i'm out eating out at restaurants and drinking far too much. i just didn't think about how many calories there are in wine and cocktails :/
