Might not be healthy, but I just really lower my caloric intake the next day, to be just minimum. And eat totally clean for the next days.. Happens to everyone I had Nutella today

Haha sounds cool ! Most traditional Paki families eat oily/carb containing foods haha, when I visit my parents the struggle is real because my mom cooks amazing, but when i live alone i can control what I eat lol

My first 22lbs I lost, not many people noticed, but as I got closer to a healthier weight people noticed. BBBBIUUUUTTT i still dont see a difference lol, idk maybe its because we see our body everyday, so try using cloths to monitor, or before/after pictures.

Eat more good fats like almonds/nuts, and tbh it happens on a low cal diet or if ur not getting enough calories. Vitamins help SO MUCH, but if that doesnt work add some healthy fats to ur diet, an egg- with yolk, nuts, dried fruits etc :)

Nonsense? Go google body types and educate urself, people with wider shoulders and hip bone look fatter than someone who is petite structured and gained weight.

Im not trolling you guys, I actually have wide bones like my shoulders are wide, my pelvic area is wider, so for me, I guess i'd have to be at least 50kg to be skinnier, and thats not underweight if you do a BMI calculation. I feel the same, my structure is wide so i look chubbier even with a bit of weight on Im 5'4 n i weigh 54kg Yet i feel like i need to drop 4 more kg cuz i still look FAT ;(

My carbohydrate intake is pretty low already, I try to eat more protien and healthier fats. Its okay tho, i'll be happy with however much I can lose, thank u guys for the advice
