49 kg is still considered healthy (in terms of BMI) for your height. So you could lose more or get toned a bit to look skinnier.

I hope you are not just trolling us, but that is very much a healthy weight. If you feel like you are not skinny, then build muscle, but honestly that is a pretty ideal weight - unless you're aim is to be underweight. I'm 5'3" and 130 lbs (58 kg) and I'm regularly called skinny. Some days I don't feel skinny, but I am and I just have to fight those irrational thoughts. Fight that body dsymophia, it's just a thought in your head and remember that. As long as you're treating your body well, you are at a healthy weight already.

Im not trolling you guys, I actually have wide bones like my shoulders are wide, my pelvic area is wider, so for me, I guess i'd have to be at least 50kg to be skinnier, and thats not underweight if you do a BMI calculation. You probably have a smaller frame, hence you're skinny. Im not that lucky lol, gonna have to lose more :(

I don't know...I'm 5'4" and 137 in my profile picture. I probably won't drop below 130 again. It depends on your body fat % and preferred physique. You're what..119 lbs?

This wide bone making you look heavier thing sounds like nonsense to me. Low weight spread over a wider bone frame is going to look lighter/thinner/skinnier than the same weight spread over a smaller frame. And at the same height, I doubt your frame is that much wider than anybody else's.

Feeling fat is a feeling, not a reality. How are we supposed to guess when your feelings are going to feel skinny enough to make you happy?

Very much agree! I am also 5'4" and weigh 4 pounds less than you, but do not look as thin as you. My body fat is still too high for me to have a comparable appearance. Once you're at a good weight, it seems to be all about muscle.

I try not to let the scale get me down! I know I am heavier than a lot of "thin" women at my height. Muscle obviously plays a big role here.

My wife is 5'7 and 115 lbs. And she calls herself fat. I'm beyond frustrated with that. I'm 5'7 as well, and CW @196 lbs. I'm fat, but working on it.

Nonsense? Go google body types and educate urself, people with wider shoulders and hip bone look fatter than someone who is petite structured and gained weight.

May I know what type of workouts you are doing, how often, and when you started seeing results.
