Fried some bacon and removed from grease. Added chopped brussel sprouts to hot grease. Sautéed until soft and added crumbled bacon back in to them. Added some black pepper and plated. Braided Mozzarella cheese in olive oil with spices (found at Aldi's). Very filling supper

I would just confront her and ask what her problem with you is. Lots of times bullies like her will back off once you stand your ground. She doesn't have to like you but she does have to be respectful at work. Do not let Jerks like her make you question yourself!! You are worth so much more!! Good luck and stay strong!!❤️

I once tried making a low carb hamburger helper with zucchini strips instead of pasta. My husband hated it and my barn cats that eat mice and rats wouldn't have anything to do with it. Major FAIL!! Lol

Regular flavored pork rinds and peanut butter are really good instead of peanut butter and crackers. I always use crushed spicy hot porkrinds in my meatballs and meatloaf. Roll mozzarella cheese sticks in egg wash and crushed porkrinds. Deep fry and dip in low carb pizza sauce for a delicious snack.

Sept 2011 I was 301lbs. 14.2lbs to onederland. It has been 14 years since I saw 199. I need to step it up though. My husband's class reunion is in July and I would love to go looking my best.
