My shoulders is complimented most of the times. However, I ran early this morning and this old lady saw me and said "You look so athletic" I said thank you. I'm still having a hard time accepting good compliments from the strangers I ran into when I walk outside.

I'm 5'1 and thank god that I do not have to eat around 1200-1300 cals. I lose weight at around 1400-1500 calorie range :3

It's different on everyone. What works for me might not work for someone. Anyway, the macros that worked for me is 40P, 40C and 20F on the days I weightlift. My rest day macros are different. I change up my macronutrients depending on my activity level on that day. This few months my goal is to shed body fat :) Hopefully :D

You cut your calories way too low so fast. It would be best to reduce your calorie intake 100 less per week till you reach 1200 cal. It's best to give your body time to re-adjust to the changes.
