Yeah, I have the same problem. Unfortunately, we just have to lower our bodyfat more. Even at 20% my belly is still there, I have to be somewhere 17-18% for it to go down.

Girl, lift weights for you. Do not give up because of the men who commented about your body. Me? I lift weights for me! I am not here to change just cuz men feel inferior to my body or feel uncomfortable. I usually brush off people's comment about my arms.

My purpose for living a healthier life was to feel happier and look good naked at first. Now, I want to be stronger. The feeling (alone!) of me lifting heavier from yesterday is such an amazing accomplishment. I feel like I'm on top of the world TAT :3

It's normal to eat more when lifting weights no worries. I go through the same thing. I just recently discovered that I can lose weight around 1800-1900 cals (5'1 height) and no cardio anymore (all I do is just walk super slow for 2 miles then I am done). If I want to maintain, I have to eat at least around 2200 cals.

Ohmygawsh YES! I like putting Quest Mint Chocolate for 15 sec and eat it all squishy. It taste way better that way :)

Long story short, I was in a hurry to drive onto my appointment. I have no time to eat spinach, broccoli, and chicken tenders. What I did is I used my ninja blender and made a veggie meat smoothie. I chugged it while tears came out of my eyes haha.

My personal choice is lifting weights first. I feel burnt out when I do cardio before weight training.

I eat 1.5-2 hours earlier when I go for a workout. When I am done, I take my protein shake and eat a banana. I wait for an hour and eat my post workout meal. I never felt super hungry unless I skip one of my meal time.

I guess it depends on a gym. Mine has 1 deadlift platform, 3 squat racks, and 2 smith machines.

The under the muscle (subpectoral) implant will be bad if you heavily exercised it. Once the muscle grow, it will move the implants around. If the implants are outside the muscle (subglandular), it will not be moved around as much.

I have cats and the nastiest and the smelly one to get is the Fancy Feast Seafood: cod, salmon, or tuna. The stench will stick to you even with slight touch. Set it up as a bait and we'll see if that person do it again.

It doesn't matter to me. People have their own way of eating: Veganism, Keto, Paleo, etc... Whatever rocks their boat you know. I love meat a lot so Veganism is not for me.
