If you need anyone to talk to I'm here :) I had to see a counsellor and go through cognitive behavioural therapy. The best advice I can give is to be open and honest. I use diet whey protein after workouts or if I need to top up my cals if I haven't got much of an appetite. I find it really keeps you full and you can have it in different forms like protein pancakes, mug cakes etc.

Living with my flat mate is HARD. Just the last week she had Chinese takeaway twice and a kfc and there was no way of escaping the smell all through the apartment. It smelt delicious. Maybe try either way and see which you feel most comfortable with? When I first started mfp way back with another account, I was set up with 1200 cals a day. I managed to lose weight really quickly but eventually got pretty miserable and started cheating. My doctor told me it was just too low, so I upped it to around 1500…

I love roti and paratha but you can't live like that the rest of your life, it's just not sustainable.

I'm 5ft 2.5 (I agree the .5 matters!) and hoping to get back down to 133 for now, lowest I've been is 120ish. Currently at 152 and got off to a slow start but finally seeing some progress :) By all means add me!

One thing to remember with c25k is you can repeat days, you don't need to do the whole thing straight through. I'm on week 4 day 2 now but spent probably like 2 weeks on week 3 - you really can set your own pace with it. This is the furthest I've got with it, like others said I think you've got to be ready to commit to it.…

Amazing progress! I got down to 122 lbs but I'm back at 153 and want to get back to around about where I was. In fact I'm not too bothered by the number on the scale, just how I look. Because I'm so short it really shows when I put the weight back on :/
