Tomato soup and baby russet potatoes. Banana too. But, potatoes are the best source (the skin). That's what I'm eating to hit my target. I don't recommend supplements.

Yes, they didn't really understand it. IF was a pretty foreign concept to her. She didn't really say much but told me to keep track of potassium.

Well, I know it's not the water. But, you're probably really right about the feeding window. I should up it to around 6. I think that'll help a lot. I really, really appreciate it. Thank you. :-)

Just wanted to say you're relationship sounds great. :-) Great job as well :-)

Honestly, you're doing what I'm doing and it's working for me. I eat around 1200 a day and I walk a lot, about 45 min and make sure to make it to 10k steps. Last night my walk was 4 miles and nearly 450 calories or so according to MapMyWalk. I am trying to work up to eating about half. I started at 171 about 10 days ago…

Bulimic and anorectic previously so I understand. Realizing that body weight is affected by hormones, water, food, time of day, muscle mass and even season has really helped me. That's why I can even weigh myself daily no problem.

I do intermittent fasting. That was first. Just moved food time to six hours everyday and ate what I wanted in those hours. Then I decided it was time. I have an easy exercise plan. I walk 45 min., 10k steps and 25 squats. The 10k steps are easy with the walking and often I just walk around the house to get to the full…

Realizing it's only a few months of my plan that will produce the exact results I wanted. Just a waiting game.

Walking 45 min a day with 10k steps and 25 squats.

I'm motivated because I love the feeling of the small things I decided to do. My body craves exercise now. I crave the burnIng and aches because they mean I'm active. No more pain from not moving. Track my foods and watch the weight leave slowly, day by day. My body feels great.

Vegetarian here. Ramen without the chicken.

Honestly I've gained muscle mass exercising in just one week. That's totally possible for certain people. Also it does have to be a weigh in that's preferably naked, after having voided and eaten/drunken nothing.

I would speak to a doctor and nutritionist.

I track steps with WalkLogger throughout the day for getting to 10k. It's fun. You get a gold medal at the end of your steps.

Exercise. Just walking 45 min. a day, 10k steps and 25 squats. I track on MFP and eat my calories. I eat around 3/4 my exercise calories because if I don't I get chest pain from potassium deficiency (can't maintain it as I can't keep it in my body as easily as others). I also intermittent fast. That was the first step.…

Skin is remarkably elastic. I've gained and lost 60 pounds and loose skin is generally not that big of a deal if you exercise as well. Everyone is different, but I've seen huge weight losses with minimal skin sagging.

I did the shot and luckily I didn't have any really bad side effects. I liked having no periods but it did take 18 months to get a period again. It did cause some leg pains and depression with my bipolar 1 disorder. The mini pill is my go-to as any extra estrogen messes me up. I really like it. It also keeps me on a…

I remember to not beat myself up. Do what you can. Count the calories. If all else fails, exercise. Burn off what you can. And move on.

I noticed that I gained more when I did have periods. Now that I'm on the mini pill with no periods, my weight is pretty stable.
-
I walk daily for 45 min and make sure I get 10k steps a day plus 25+ squats.

Just bought everything yesterday morning for the next three weeks. All healthy. Then I downloaded apps for IF, MapMyWalk and WalkLogger to keep active everyday. :-)

Hello. I'm a certified doula and nursing student. I'm fairly thin looking as I carry most of my weight in my thighs, butt and chest, making for an hourglass, but not making me happy. I feel horrible in shorts and have to wear tights to feel okay in a dress. I am ashamed of my legs because of the excess fat on them and I'd…

Very cool <3

Walking is great. Using a pedometer is helpful in logging. I do walking for 45 min. daily plus 25 squats. I also make sure to log 10k steps (just walking from room to room can add several thousand if you're in the mood to just relax but still want to burn calories). I eat 1000 to 1200 daily. I don't freak out about…
