I used to have a higher fat intake and it caused me to gain a lot of weight, so I took out peanut butter from my diet and that actually helped me a lot! I eat almonds avocados and cook with coconut oil and even olive, but I'd say those are my primary fat sources

Yes I lift 3-4 times a week along with 5-6 days of cardio

I was a cross country running and have an expensive watch that helps me calculate everything, I run outside a lot too and try to incorporate cross fit too

Most of the time I burn 700 calories at the gym, I run for about an hour and a half and also incorporate weight training 3x a week! Some days I don't eat back my calories depending on how I feel

It's all a mindset, once you start thinking about fueling your body with foods it need compared to eating foods you want will change your diet around completely!

Yes I am still working out consistently! I just want to be able to eat a little ice-cream and not feel bad lol

I love carrots, green peppers, and a tablespoon or two of hummus! Simple and healthy

I am dieting and eating very healthy also, I just try to get some type of cardio everyday with my workout cause I love running and feel best after I finish workout out!

No I have a food scale for all of my foods, I don't over weigh my food either! I just wanted to see if anyone had the same problem as I have been having

I have been logging, measuring, and weighing my foods to the point since I've started, I've only went over my calories once in the month I've been doing this and it was only by 300 calories! Should I up my intensity of my workouts? It it helps I'm 5"4

I used to have the same problem! I've found that drinking teas or low calorie drinks at night help me think less about eating. I really enjoy peppermint tea or a chia latte mix that I have that's low calorie and super yummy
