It's been about 3 months now and I'm finally 5 pounds away from my ultimate goal! Mostly right now I notice a huge difference on my upper body but I have some stubborn thigh fat I'm trying to get rid of.. Any tips for this? I know you can't my spot reduce and I need some help lowering my body fat percentage! I already run about 45-60 minutes of cardio a day, do I need to add more? Thanks!

You're right that you can't spot reduce, so we can't give you tips on how to remove leg fat. Do you lift?0

Do you do any lifting?1

Yes I lift 3-4 times a week along with 5-6 days of cardio0

Adding more cardio won't help. If anything you'd benefit from weight training.
I also have very thick thighs. I really didn't see them start to slim down until I pushed my body fat % relatively low. Strength training definitely helped the appearance and overall body composition.0 -
Since you are close to your weigh loss goal maybe you should consider focusing more on lifting and less on cardio. There are many threads on here talking about recomposition or lowering body fat without lowering your weight by much.0

Make sure your calorie counting is accurate, due diligence and patience.0
