Anyone have any advice for upping my calories but not gain weight? I'm just a little nervous to do so.,

Are a lot of bad food today but still under my calorie limit
So I had a really sugary breakfast this morning (ALOT of sugary creamer with my coffee, mini wheats, granola bars) I made sure I are a super healthy lunch and dinner and I was still under my calorie limit! Should I be worried? I just feel gross for eating all that crap

Vegan/vegetarian proteins

Not getting enough calories
I eat very a clean diet but I struggle so much on getting enough calories in a day.. Overrate Today?

Weighing food is so important!
Ever since I invested in a scale my journey has changed drastically! I was suprised how much I was overeating since I just was using measuring cups for.. Boy was I wrong! I feel more confident that I'm getting the correct amounts of food now and I very much so recommend investing in one.. You won't be sorry ☺️

Up my calories for a few days?
I have been eating 1200 calories for about a month now. Lately I've been feeling sluggish and a big deprived from not eating a lot, so would I the bad if I upped my calories to around 1400 or even 1500? I don't want to gain any weight I would only do it for like 3-4 days!
