So I am a person who really loves fruit.. I mean, I LOVE fruit! I also eat a lot of veggies cause I have a pretty plant based diet, but I was wondering if I should worry about going over sugars of its natural? Thanks!

I wouldn't worry about it provided that your total calories are in a reasonable place.

The primary concerns about sugar are that excess sugar consumption can lead to excess energy intake and/or displace other needed nutrients from the diet.

Diets higher in added sugars are also more likely to be lower in overall satiety.

Even if it was processed sugar, the body wouldn't know the difference since they are both broken down to simplest form for absorption. The concern mostly should be if you're meeting your other macro/micronutrient daily's and staying within a calorie limit to achieve weight loss/gain/maintenance.

Basically, don't worry about it unless:
    1) You are way over in total carbs compared to your target number
    2) You are not getting enough of the other macros
    3) You have a medical issue where you need to moderate total carb intake

The source of the sugars makes no difference. It is how the sugar relates to your diet as a whole.

A number of documentaries I've seen (that's the extent of my qualifications, ha) say not to worry as much about sugar from fruit because you are also getting the fiber that your body needs. That is all I can recall from memory on that subject.

1 piece/day max, unless you're wanting to gain fat. :)
