I've added 200-300 a day the first week, then add 100 a day each week after that. weigh once a week and add or subtract as needed . Ive been doing this for 8 weeks and everything is working well. I am still loosing about 1 pound a week. I don't think Your going to gain very fast.

i upped the first time 200 calories for 4 weeks...waited what it did. I lost 2 pounds So 7000 calories under.
Added 100 again and waited 3 weeks after that another 100 and waited 4 weeks

Now i seem to stop losing weight :)

Dont be afraid you wont gain "all" your weight back overnight. Its trail and error.

Just add some and enjoy! And than some again etc

What i did was the skinny products i have that i didn't want to keep ( light mayonnaise etc) i swapped back for "normal/full" products....milk for example
My nonfat Yogurt i kept because i really like it and i make it myself.

So i didn't really start to eat a lot more straight away. Just swapped some products which gave me more calories.
But like eating a half avocado is now a whole avocado lol nom nom nom.
