Are a lot of bad food today but still under my calorie limit

So I had a really sugary breakfast this morning (ALOT of sugary creamer with my coffee, mini wheats, granola bars) I made sure I are a super healthy lunch and dinner and I was still under my calorie limit! Should I be worried? I just feel gross for eating all that crap

    as long as you're not (grossly) over your calorie limit and not doing this everyday, you shouldn't be worried imo!

    Why would you need to be worried? If you're under your calorie goal you're not going to magically gain 50 lbs just because you ate some mini wheats. CI/CO

    I'll agree that the creamer is no bueno, but that's because it tastes awful. Black coffee FTW.
