You cant return fish once it's left the store unless there is a good reason or something wrong with it.

Mine is bread, specially crusty rolls and baguettes, im not eating them at the moment but it's killing me just thinking about it lol

Put it in a salad bowl and then put 2 paper towels on top of the salad, then cover it with plastic rap or cling film. The paper towel will absorb the moisture so change it every day or two. ( This is for fridge storage ) and it will last a week at least.

The best way to live the Mediterranean way of life is to go all inclusive, then the food is free and you wont feel guilty about eating lots of it.

Never tried it, I looked at it in Tesco a few times but took no noticed of it really. Is it healthy or good for a diet?

Last year i went to an American style restaurant here in Wales and devoured a 20.000 calories burger( so they say ) i felt so sick later that night lol

So I really should focus more on calorie intake rather than worry about the fat and sugar quantity as long as i balance it out.
