i love this idea.. not only does it make u accountable for what u ate.. but, u have a pic to look back on, on how it looked in case u want to make it again.. or even better, to share recipes with others.. we should all take pics of our meals.. and share them.. we would probably all b healthier for doing it..

I drink a protein shake after my work out., which they say is a good time to drink protein shakes bc it's wen ur muscles r warm from ur work out., I use either krytosport protein., or combat protein.. They r both tasty.. I make my shake in a bullet, with a cup of frozen fruit,, and coconut milk.. Hits the spot..

Thanks.. I normally do my tracking from my iPad.. All I have is breakfast, lunch, dinner, snack at the end.. I'll try to modify the meals from desk top., it's driving me crazy how it's all mixed up.. Alil OCD i guess., lol
