I'm not a fan of carrot and celery sticks either. :# I avoid bananas. I don't want to waste the carbs and calories on a banana when I can enjoy other fruits that pack more nutrition per serving.

I'm in! I want to be at GW by May 2nd, my 25th wedding anniversary. Wedding weight. Goal is also to tone up and lower bmi. I have lost 7 pounds since January 4,2017. I'm very motivated. Good health to all! GW 130 CW 146 1/25/17

My 25th is May 2nd, too! I have 15 pounds to go. That would put me at my wedding weight. I have two MFP friends, but I could use another with the same goal in mind!

January 25 CW 146, no change from last week. Still very happy. 7 pounds lost so far this month. Still, I was very careful to stay in my carb range. I don't understand why I didn't lose a little bit. I have added exercise this past week. Any thoughts?
