    Successes/struggles this week: well I have no idea what went wrong this week. I'm up 2 pounds which is crazy because I did good on calories and fitness all week. I've got to be retaining water. Hope I get a whoosh next week!

    Successes/struggles this week: It's "that time" so trying to manage my mental health this week is my main priority. I will be able to get to the gym a few days this week though.

    Lost 84 pounds and have stayed a size six for nineteen years now
    Love various kinds of activity, including home calisthenics and ballroom and Latin dance at a studio

    Struggles:
    Always fighting a five or ten pound creep, if I don't pay attention
    Sometimes, after a long day at work, it is easier to stay home than to go out again for a dance class

    I am hoping for some accountability so I can get back down under 130 where I am most comfortable and my clothes look best.

    Successes/struggles this week: unfortunately I gained this week. I was doing well with my eating all week and did 5 workouts. Friday I was very tired which seems to be a big trigger for me. I also was having trouble breathing and had to use my inhaler which makes me jittery. The combination was really bad and resulted in horrible cravings. I over ate enough to undo all my progress & add a little extra. If anyone has suggestions on how to deal with this, I welcome any help.

    Successes/struggles this week
    I went a bit off plan with my eating. But I went to the gym 4 times and really pushed myself. I got my steps on my fitbit. I even got a bit active with the kids in the weekend which are usually days I struggle (as I workout when they are at school usually).
    So although I didn't stay on point with my eating I still managed to make it a win. :smiley:
    Back on plan eating and hoping to keep that a little more to plan this week.
