    Successes/struggles this week: Still going down that is a good thing. Not as much as when I started losing water weight at the beginning of my diet phase in April. I've been going to grocery stores and only really shopping in the produce and meat depts. Trying to stay away from all the trans fat aisles in the store that they want you to buy. Still need to work on my strength exercises a little bit more, but mostly doing cardio and Elliptical machines.

    Successes/struggles this week: Woo hoo! Was on a high day on the 15th and I'm on a low day today! As a daily weigher, I'm used to fluctuations, but today is an all-time low, so yay! -10.2 lbs this month seems like a lot, but that's with the ups and downs- I average about 1 lb/week. Glad it's still working!

    Success: none. I loss some but not all that I gained.
    Struggle: depressed I wasn't able to get rid of my gain and get in the negative this week :( went to dinner with husband and tried to make good choices but it didn't work out so well. Looking forward to next week and losing more

    Successes/struggles this week:

    My successes this week were that I drank plenty of water, worked out 5 times, followed my eating plan pretty well and tracked all foods.

    I lost 1 pound this week so the scale is going in the right direction. Yay! Even though my initial goal was 5.5 pounds, I will be happy ending the month losing 1 pound. I need to remember to be patient and trust that exercise and a healthy diet with reasonable calorie consumption will eventually make a difference even if it takes a while.

    My goals for this week are to work out 5 times, continue water intake, continue tracking my foods consistently, and I'm starting a 28 day plank challenge with a friend. I hope everyone else had a good week!

    Successes/struggles this week: Yesterday was hard. I spent the day inside studying for my exam and only got 3k steps. I struggled with food too, I had huge cravings in the evening and also felt hungrier than usual. I ended up eating over my calories by about 400.

    The rest of the week was pretty good. I stayed within calories every day other than yesterday and got 10k steps on 5 days out of 7. I got the fitbit 2016 challenge day badge on Sat ;)

    I'm still struggling to remember my water intake. My goal is 2.5L a day but only been getting about half that. My goal today is to get 2.5L water and get my 10 dots (250 steps every hour between 10-7) on fitbit. I'm thinking about starting C25K this week too.

    Edit: I forgot to add that I struggled with huge cake cravings on Friday, and managed to unravel some of my food issues regarding that by posting on here, talking to my partner and best friend, and arranged a 'cake date' for tomorrow, so that I can eat the cake I wanted, but still feel like I'm in control. That felt like a massive achievement to me. :)

    Successes/struggles this week: this was a much better week for weight loss. I had a surgery and was kind of out of commission for a couple of days. FINALLY hit my 50# lost goal, AND I realized on Saturday that I'm no longer "obese" and my BMI is now under 30! Three awesome achievements thst I've been working toward! Next goal is 180! I'd love to accomplish this before the end of this challenge.
