I've been doing it for 9 days straight! I haven't had any issues. I have found in the past if I take a day off I lose all motivation.

I did day 5 of level 1. I have started and stopped several times but I'm determined to make it through this time.

I'm in for starting the 19th of august. By then I will be done with the shred( I fell behind).

I took a rest day today. I was so sore last night from the workout.

Day 2 L2 done! My arms are sore from all the plank moves.

I hate the chair squat with the V raises! I love the ab portions of the workout. I could really feel the burn when I did the double crunch.

My weekly measurements: SW:150.2 CW:150.0 Arms: 14.8 bust: 34.5 waist:32 Thigh: 24 I gained some in my arms, my bust, and waist are the same. My waist is where I lost the most inches.

Rest day for me today. I decided I will continue on L1 since I'm halfway finished anyways with it.

Day 5 done! There is something about htitng day five that it gets easier for me. Rest day tomorrow and then I'm going to move on to L2. Getting bored with L1. Anyone else feel like their ready to move on?

Ugh! I did not want to do day 4 today, but I did it!! Still a little sore, but getting through it.

Day 3 L1 in the books for me! I'm still quite sore, but I know it will get better. I even went out and up'd my weight's to 3 lbs. instead of 2, and man can i feel the difference!

I never was a big fruit/veggie eater....now I ear fruits/veggies everyday. The first time I tried greek yogart, I couldn't stomach it. Now I love the stuff. I prefer greek yogart over regular yogart!

I'm Laura. I'm 31, not married, and no kids. I've decided to get fit because this something I want to do for myself. I put everyone else in my life first and myself last. I've done the shred in the past and quit, but this time around I'm determined to finish.
