Im used to only eating 1x a day but now that I'm getting used to eating I'm hungry all the time and I hate it. I almost prefer not eating and never feeling hungry than to wake up nauseous and starving.

I would personally switch it up. My new best friend is the stairclimber. I would maybe trade out a session or two of running for a new form of cardio, rowing, elliptical, hiking, whatever you want. Also are you working out your abs at least 2x a week? If so, switch up the routine and add some new ones. I'm no expert but it…

I would try upping your calories. I am the same way, never hungry and have been skipping meals since I was about 10. I always knew I didn't eat enough but figured that should make me lose weight, especially working out hard with very few days off from the gym. I have a terrible habit of not giving my body a break. I was…

I hope you feel better soon! Just focus on resting, push lots of fluids and then slowly reintroduce cardio and strength training. If your sessions are short in the beginning don't stress. It's much better than having a set back. Trust me I know it's frustrating and you don't want to disrupt your routine but slow and steady…

I have 6 kids and most days we don't get home from the gym and other activities until close to 7 and kids go to bed around 730-8ish... the one thing I cannot live without is my pressure cooker! If I haven't meal prepped dinners or forget to pull meat out of the freezer it's a life saver. It cooks frozen chicken in 21 mins,…

I'm right there with you! I have CFS so I always yo-yo. I'll get about 6 wks of really intense workouts in before my body crashes and I'm out for about 2-6 wks. It's terrible and very frustrating. This time instead of daily lifting sessions and extreme dieting I'm trying to only work out for 1.5 hrs 5x a week (but I did…

I did when I was on it. My doctor gave me a prescription of dissolvable Zofran because the nausea would come out of nowhere and was very severe. The tabs helped tremendously.

I'm 5'5 and was eating on average about 800 calories a day (reallyyy terrible I know. I've been meal skipping since I was a kid), I was gaining weight because my body was stuck in starvation mode. To top it off I was doing 1-2 hr weight lifting sessions about 5-6x a week and eventually my body gave out and my health went…
