My weight loss is set to 2 lbs per week and it hit the 1200 calorie range when I got to 230 lbs. I could pack lunches and snacks i just am not good at packing every day. It's a bad excuse though, and I really need to do it. Any snack ideas that are high in protein low cal?

Yes, I just have to think I've done it before and come such a long way I don't want to get back to where I was before. It was definitely not what I wanted to hear but it sure was a wake up call.

Phillips probiotics. They really helped me and that's what I tell everyone to try. Helped my family members as well.

Starting weight 278, current weight 232. Lately it's been hard to keep on the wagon but I'm back at eating right again and hoping I can stick with it this time and could definitely use some weight loss friends :)

My highest weight was 278 I'm now at 230. My main goal is to get back to 170 which was my pre baby weight back in high school but once I get there I'm sure I'll have another goal.

I finally called them and they said the weight limit is 250 per person but since I'm at 230 I'm afraid ill still go down to slow or just get stuck lol I'm not sure what to wear either! Thank y'all for the comments they did help ease my mind a little

I'm currently trying to lose 66 lbs. My highest weight was 278 and I'm currently 236. I would love to get back to 170 (my pre mommy weight) so my goal is to lose up to 108 lbs from my highest weight.
