Same thing in my office. Lots of cakes and cookies in the break room on the regular. Depending on any dietary limitations it isn't necessarily what you eat but how much you eat. Can I eat one girl scout cookie on Friday afternoon? Sure. Should I eat 6 of them? No. All things in moderation. :smile:

I'm 26 years old, 5'3", currently 165 pounds and wear size 12. I'm fairly new on this weightless journey and have lost about 10 pounds. I still wear the same pants but my belt has been able to go 2 notches tighter. :smile:
