1 year anniversary of hitting my goal weight! Hit my initial goal last August of 50lbs lost and under 150lbs. I now waver between 125-130lbs. Trying to build more muscle and tone up so I'm trying not to be too focused on my weight. I started Jan 2016 didn't take a photo until I realized I was actually going to stick with…

I'm not looking to be in body building competitions and I'm not training for anything. Just looking to loose extra fat and gain some muscle to just be overall healthier and stronger.

25years old 5'5.5 62lbs down from Jan 11 2016 About a 50lb difference between these pics Current measurements 37-26.5-37 I'm thinking I'd like a couple inches off my waist and biggest part of belly(32)

My goal like a lot of others I've seen in here was to a healthy BMI which was 50lbs at the very top... I'm now 62lbs down and don't really have a set lb goal anymore but I do have a waist measurement in mind of 24 inches. So that's my new goal I'm working on.

Fantastic Job!

Probably a 40 to 50 lb difference...I can definitely tell how much better my skin is since I started eating healthier and mostly just drinking water. Happy Halloween Everyone!

5'5.5 25 years old SW:199 CW:143 GW:130-145 My goal weight was 150 but I still have quite a bit of chub... I'd like to build lean muscle and loose more fat... Looking more at inches for progress now.

Cheers to all these awesome victories!!! My NSV is fitting back into shorts I haven't worn in at least 4 years! There's no stretch to them and the legs are even loose on my thighs. I'm very excited to have met this goal even though there are many goals still ahead to reach. (Hope I got the picture to post
