100 push ups will be a huge challenge for me. I wouldn't mind attempting the super challenge seeing as I'm supposed to be doing 170 squats today anyway. I'm just not sure if I have the time to do them in a circuit style workout like the super challenge suggests. :smile:

Hi @Shalini0072016 I'm in Australia so we use the metric system aswell. After the discussion last week I looked into the difference in cup sizes. So the imperial cup is 8 fluid oz which equates to 236 ml. The metric cup is 250ml which is what you and I are using to measure. Up until then I had no idea that the imperial cup…
