Been looking inti this today, since I have just used the MFP unit cup as if it is 1 deciliter, and I found out it sync to my fitbit stupidly wrong.
1 oz = 0,295735296875 deciliter
1 cup/glas = 8 oz = 2,365882375 deciliter
The cups in my house for water is 3 and 4 deciliter, so it is not playing nice together.
Until MFP fix the water unit into something that work for us metric users, I'll be using fitbit for my water tracking, then at least one of them will be correct.
And, btw, I am in for the challenge!

8 glasses is 2 litres. I've never looked into the difference between imperial and metric have just always thought that the volume of a cup would still be the same regardless of if it's measured in mls or oz0 -

Well it has been a month today. 8-12 cups per day, adjusted based on activity and thirst. I don't really notice any topical changes (skin) but I do know my weight loss continues, I don't feel overly hungry, bloating doesn't bother me as much, and I've adjusted away from the constant peeing that happened at first.
Thank you for this challenge, I plan to continue tracking my water consumption for the good I have seen.0 -
I drink 2 litres a day minimum.
How many cups does this equate to? (please)0 -
