    I'm in! Late but I'm in! I challenged myself at the end of last year to drink a gallon a day for a week! Aside from my body feeling great my skin looked amazing!!

    I'm always in. I usually do really really well with this. I keep a 1.5 refillable bottle that I work on all day. And when I'm craving carbonated drinks. I use carbonated water with some tea bags or crystal light in it instead of pop.

    The recommended amount is 8 cups a day. Let's challenge ourselves for 30 days to consume the recommended amount (or more). The health benefits are numerous and noticeable within a week. You will want to increase and keep up your water intake even after the 30 days. Let's do this!!!
