Also note I have been doing powerlifting style routines for like half a year now. So I'm looking for a quick break from that.

Thanks a lot all. I am going to check into all of these and see what I think I need. If not all of it over time. I don't want to "cut" cause I'm skinny as is. I mean, I need size, I look good, I just want to keep it, maybe gain more size. But I hit a plateau and need a new solid program to get me back on track of gaining

If you all even care, I will have you know I went back to my gym yesterday, and put a 10lb plate on the scale and it was dead on, then I stepped on and was 147. So I gained another pound. Right. I trust the old school method myself. Ever time I get on the digital scale it is like 5 pounds light. Which my wife loves, but me, I do not. I'm thinking to check it with a 5lb weight. See if it's close

You are right about that. But I will admit, when I'm down, it's kind of a buzz kill. But it is what it is. I actually just recently started weighing myself again. For a while I didn't even look cause it is not motivational when I stay the same weight so long.

I'm 32 5'9 and like 143ish. I can bench squat and deadlift what you were asking. My goal is to lift heavier weight, gain some weight myself, and look good doing it. Thanks. I will be looking into something. I will check them all out later and see what I want exactly. 5,3,1 is something I did a bit before. Used a phone app. But just felt like I didn't do enough every day. I didn't build my days good enough.

Nice, I'm just having trouble figuring what else to do, all my other lifts, chest, back, arms. Like what days, and sets. This is the kind of thing I have trouble. Building the routine around the routine. If that makes sense. Is there anything with everything laid out for me?

Thanks everyone. All I need to do at this point is try to eat a lot, and clean as possible. I got on here to try to assist with that. Wish me luck! But honestly, I can't gain weight for nothing. Gained like 15-20 lbs when I first started lifting. And have kept it on. Just can't seem to get further without weight gainer.…
