At my biggest I didn't take very many pictures, and I just had a hunt on an old friends page and found this before which is I think the biggest I've ever seen myself look. Getting frustrated because I've hit a plateau 4 kilos away from my goal. Got to remind myself, I'm doing alright! 18 kilos down

Everyone thinks that it's cheating but I have been doing Jenny Craig for the last 5 months or so, along with tracking calories, and have lost 16 kilos which I never would have managed on my own. For me the weekly one on one weigh ins keep me accountable and striving for my goal.

Went into a store that only goes to a size 14 (New Zealand) today, 6 months ago I couldn't fit into their size 14 and today I zipped up easily a size 10!!! Didn't buy anything cause it wasn't that cute but felt darn great about it, bought a saucy new bra instead :D

I have been wearing only dresses for the last 2-3 years since I felt tops and pants or skirts made me look huge. Dug this skirt out of the bottom of my drawers and feeling like I look pretty darn good!

I wear dresses and boots or heels at work so I unfortunately don't have laces or boot loops, but I will definitely do the dominant wrist setting on the non dominant side and hope that helps. Is there a clip attatchment you can buy to slip the tracker in to?

I saw this video that he was talking about, the guy also very clearly mentioned DO NOT attempt if you are under 18. Surely your parents won't let this happen?

Thank you so much, how many calories is required for maintenance exactly? I'm still really new to this whole thing and aside from knowing how many I need to consume for loss I'm completely clueless.
