    legs need to cut, dexa put upper half 17% but my lower half was over 30% body fat (9lbs vs 21lbs of fat)

    What an inspiration! Im a mommy of a one and half year old and i work 11pm to 7am Shifts and i also have a partime job during the day, But since starting to workout i feel more energy then ever before and somehow i am finding ways to stick with the workouts it has been hard with Food because my schedule is sooo messed up but i hope to get that under controal soon too! Way to inspire Me everyone! Awsome job! please feel free to add me for some support! :-) Im 4"11 and 169 pounds as of Monday ! hopeing to get down to 125 or 120
