legs need to cut, dexa put upper half 17% but my lower half was over 30% body fat (9lbs vs 21lbs of fat)0 -

Went from 190 to 115 to 140 (current). My original mistake was crash dieting + no exercise. It ruined my physique so I had to do a short bulk followed by a long recomp. My body fat is actually lower in the third picture than the middle.

Its so funny because in the top photo I was only 19, and Im now almost 25 haha4 -
From 225 to 170 in about 6 months. Done through counting on MFP, running starting with C25K and some light strength training.

Fish got bigger I got smaller.. when I was 35 lbs heavier, I didn't have the energy to fish the way I do now. got to keep those arms strong so I can hold the big fish.89 -
