*******For experience, having the big dinner is the worst tou can do, since you will not burn the calories you eat. I use the King, prince, and pauper with snacks in between***** So your telling me after dinner time my body just stops functioning? Hahaha

I eat most of my calories after 6pm and before i got to bed and it has not hindered my weight loss at all. Our bodies still works while we are sleeping. If your hungry and eating before you sleep doesn't effect your sleep or have any other I'll effect then I would eat within my calories. it's not going to hinder your…

I think OP is saying is that MFP does not do this, I think it only increases Macros and things with those macros in them like sugar.

I could totally be wrong and I'm sure someone will correct me. But I am under the impression that calories are made up of either carbs, protein or fat. So any nutrient like salt isn't going to change with calorie increase because it doesn't actually contain calories alone. The 2300mg is a guideline for salt intake. Some…

I Also vape I have gone from 21mg to 3mg. But still haven't been able to give it all up. So I'm assuming that's why mine is 69 average.

What is the actual *normal average* HR?

Hello. I'm Cassandra and I'm 26. I started here on 10th Feburary and I am 23 pounds down. I would like to lose 100 in total by next feburary. At that point I'll make another goal as I'll still have another 20+ pounds to lose. Feel free to add me. I like open diaries too!

I wrap mine in a wet paper towel. *exessive* water squeezed out. Put it on a plate microwave for 3 to 4 miniutes flip and repeat, they turn out perfect. No way I'm waiting an hour for it to bake in the oven again.

Depends on what your looking for nutrient wise. I believe the whole grain and veggie pastas may have more fibre. Which is important to some of us.

I'm set to 1350 plus exercise if I chose to eat them. Diary is open feel free to add me.

I'm a little lost here. So I understand that when fruits and vegetables are juiced the pulp is removed meaning the fibre is removed.... but when they are added to a smoothie your still consuming the entire thing. So I'm clearly missing something, is your reasoning because the blender technically digests the food a little…

I log black coffee as 2 calories per 8oz brewed. I find it as a huge appetite suppressant for myself. Luckily I have always enjoyed coffee and tea straight up.

Nothing wrong with sugar or honey. But as others said you'll likely need to experiment with low or no calorie sweetners to find what you like. I know many people have had success with cutting back the amount of sweeter they add week by week by a quarter teaspoon or so and with any luck you could train your taste buds to be…

I used to think that thirst was hunger. Until I started my journey and learned what hunger actually felt like. It has made a huge difference on how I approach food now.

My diary is open...I eat chips pretty much daily... but it's honest haha

Dried figs. Can have about 5 average sized figs for about 110 calories....they need to be weighed because they do seem to vary.
-
Inspirational! Thank you for sharing, it proves that with dedication many things that seem impossible can be reached.

I weigh mine dry and cook it separate than everyone else's. I think logging accurately is worth the extra pot.
